The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

University degree in administration, social science, communication sciences, or any other relevant field.

High motivation and quality performance, dedication, and commitment.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

The candidate will be responsible for:

Coordinate connections with donors about the mentioned activities and projects (preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions).

Maintain timely and accurate records and database entries.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Coordinate with the staff members of nonprofit organizations to schedule fundraising events.

Review and approve applications for charitable donations from potential donors.

Tracking donor activity over time to ensure continued interest in the organization’s mission, and encouraging repeat giving through various means such as newsletters or special events.

Developing and implementing goals and strategies to increase donations from current donors and attract new donors.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential donors to cultivate interest in and support for the organization’s mission.

Events coordination.

Coordinate with the executive director or other senior staff members to ensure a successful event.
