وظيفة شاغرة: مطلوب اخصائي تسويق رقمي ومدرب للعمل مع laser الجمعية اللبنانية للبحث العلمي

“Tashغeel – 2” project intends to provide university students, who already graduated or are near graduation, with technical and digital business skills to prepare them for employment in the following tracks (Full Stack Development, Research and Administration, Digital Marketing, PV Solar Systems, and Journalism). Following the training, talented trainees will do a 3-month internship under the supervision of a mentor appointed by LASeR to follow up on interns and thus help them in achieving the goals of the internship.

“The project Tashغeel is implemented by LASeR and co-funded by the European Union within the scope of the “Funding for Training and Capacity Building” component of the HOPES-LEB project implemented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Campus France and Nuffic, by the Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee education fund @alghurairfoundation and by The International Islamic Charity Organization.”

Responsibilities: 

• Design and deliver a comprehensive 36-hour training program on digital marketing topics.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources.
• Create engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Assess students’ learning needs and adjust training content and delivery accordingly.
• Provide guidance and support to students throughout the training period.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback on their progress.

Deliverables: 

• The trainer will be responsible for providing the following deliverables:
• Training syllabus and timetable for each syllabus (days and hours)
• The material used in the training
• Evaluation of the training and future recommendations

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping others learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry-standard digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Availability to work during flexible hours.
