الوصف:
We are hiring for Souk el Tayeb Community Kitchen Sous-chef with a minimum of 5 years of experience cooking large-quantity meals.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort food items and ensure adequate storage
- Cooks food according to set specifications and recipes
- Follow the company’s standards regarding food handling, cleanliness, and hygiene and the FIFO method
- Provide support in checking stocks, and fridges for expired items under the supervision of the Chef and inform them accordingly
