وظيفة شاغرة: مطلوب مدرب إدارة المشاريع والمتخصص للعمل مع laser الجمعية اللبنانية للبحث العلمي

“Tashغeel – 2” project intends to provide university students, who already graduated or are near graduation, with technical and digital business skills to prepare them for employment in the following tracks (Full Stack Development, Research and Administration, Digital Marketing, PV Solar System, and Journalism). Following the training, talented trainees will do a 3-month internship under the supervision of a mentor appointed by LASeR to follow up on interns and thus help them in achieving the goals of the internship.

“The project Tashغeel is implemented by LASeR and co-funded by the European Union within the scope of the “Funding for Training and Capacity Building” component of the HOPES-LEB project implemented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Campus France and Nuffic, by the Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee education fund @alghurairfoundation and by The International Islamic Charity Organization.”

Responsibilities: 

• Design and deliver training programs for administration and digital marketing track
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, that effectively convey the key concepts and skills of project management
• Use a variety of training techniques, such as lectures, discussions, case studies, and simulations, to engage students and promote active learning
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training programs are comprehensive and up-to-date

Deliverables: 

• The trainer will be responsible for providing the following deliverables:
• Training syllabus and timetable for each syllabus (days and hours)
• Material used in the training
• Evaluation of the training and future recommendations

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the digital marketing industry
• Proven experience developing and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
